How Can Three players to Play Mah Jongg ?
According to National Mah Jongg League rules, American Mah Jongg can be played with three players, as follows:

- Build four walls as usual
- Tiles are dealt only to the three players
- There is no Charleston
- Game begins with East discarding a tile
