We love our Mahjongg Racks... April 2, 2026

Listen closely—I am your Mahjongg Rack.

Though I lack ears, I absorb every nuance and sound of the game.

I am exclusively yours; never touch another player's rack, unless they request assistance due to an injury.

The WaLL in front of me is initially pushed out, angled toward the center, but they rotate Left as the game progresses.

Why I don't know, but that's the NMJL rule.

Mahjongg is a solo sport, yet you can always rely on me to hold your tiles and proudly display your exposures, especially when it's a Mahjongg.

My sidekick is the pusher;

please hold me firmly when you move the Wall into place.

Arrange and rearrange your tiles often—I truly enjoy feeling essential to your strategy.

Tapping tiles hurts me and means nothing, but racking closes the window of opportunity, as does requesting a joker exchange or announcing a discard.

Even though I'm yours alone, please don't forget to look (don't touch) what's on other racks, there may be jokers to exchange.
